This work is personal, meaningful, and rooted in deep respect for your time and mine.
Below are the clear boundaries and agreements that help create a grounded, supportive coaching space.
Payment Policy
All sessions and packages are paid in full at the time of booking through my online scheduler.
This reserves your session time exclusively for you and ensures your container is held with clarity from the start.
Refund Policy
All sessions and packages are non-refundable.
I hold your time in my schedule and prepare for your session in advance.
If something unexpected or serious comes up, please reach out — I’m always open to a compassionate conversation, and we will find a solution that honours both of us.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are considered a completed session.
Session Expiry (The Clarity Series)
The Clarity Series (3-Session Package) must be completed within 90 days of your first session.
This allows plenty of flexibility while still supporting the momentum this work is designed to create.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session, we’ll still end at the scheduled time so the next client’s session can begin on time.
Scope of Practice
I provide clarity coaching, somatic awareness guidance, and reflective support. This is not therapy, counselling, crisis intervention, or medical advice.
If you ever need support beyond my scope, I’ll help direct you toward appropriate resources.
Confidentiality
Everything you share in session is held in confidence.
Your stories, insights, and experiences remain private.
The only exceptions are situations required by law or for your safety.
